Client board walkthrough

See exactly how the management board works

This is the board you use to submit requests, review deliveries, ask for edits, and choose how you want your bot managed once everything is approved.

📋 Your Project Board

Your requests move through three stages so you always know what is waiting, what is being built, and what is complete.

Backlog Pending requests
Active Being worked on
Approved Complete
  • 1. Backlog New ideas and queued requests stay here until they are ready to be worked on.
  • 2. Active request This is the one request your builder is currently focused on.
  • 3. Approved Finished work stays here so you can revisit what shipped at any time.
  • 4. Add a card Create a new request whenever you want another change or feature added.
  • 5. Search and account Use the top bar to search the board, switch context, and manage your session.

💬 Delivery Thread

Each card contains the working conversation between you and your builder so every request, fulfilment, and revision stays in one place.

  • 1. Card title Name the request clearly so the outcome is easy to recognize later.
  • 2. Request and delivery Describe what should change and include context, links, screenshots, or acceptance details.
  • 3. Attach files Add assets, references, recordings, or documents that help your builder move faster.
  • 4. Submit request Send the request into the thread when you are ready for work to begin.
  • 5. Delivery thread Your builder replies here with updates, test links, documentation, and delivered work.
  • 6. Live chat Use the chat in any card to message your builder directly whenever you need clarification.
You submit a request with details and attachments.
Your builder delivers with a test server link so you can try the bot.
You review it, request edits if needed, and repeat until you are happy.

🤖 Your Bot

When your bot is ready, your builder will usually share everything you need to test and use it immediately.

  • A test server invite so you can try it out safely.
  • An invite link to add the bot to your real server.
  • Documentation for commands, setup, and usage.

🔐 Ownership Options

When your project is complete, choose how you want your bot to be managed going forward.
